Please note that custom-printed club kits and personalized gear are exempt from returns unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Log into your Masita account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and folded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to HQ
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned teamwear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
